3d printers are a little bit sensitive and we had some power surges followed by power outages this weekend. Right now All of my printers are creating the above mess with each print attempt. If you placed an order between Thursday and today you will be receiving a refund for your shock mount.  You will also be first in line when things are back up and running.

It will probably take me at least a week to get things sorted out. Once I get the printers working again, I’ll be sure to let you guys know. Sorry for the hassle.
