15Feb Used gear watch: Lilliput 7″ 669GL HDMI monitor with extras
Still haven’t found an HDMI monitor for your rig? If not there is a used Lilliput 7″ 669GL HDMI monitor with quit a few extras and zero bids. Four days left on the auction, for everything pictured above. Looks like that includes a DC 12V Battery and Cable, 12V Battery Charger, Shoe Mount, Carrying Bag, LockPort HDMI to Mini HDMI Converter, and a Screen Sock to protect the monitor when it’s not in use.
The monitor runs about $165 new on Amazon without the extras. So it could be a good deal if the price stays low.

If i was living in US i would have bid this but i don’t risk to pay taxes or lose my money. So i am going for the 668Gl from Amazon UK the other week. Cool find though.

Hello,
I follow your blog and videos and love your reviews. I bought a lilliput 7″ similar to yours and 2 batteries identical to the ones you have on your ad. I am now experiencing a lot of trouble with the batteries. My monitor will only stay on for 2 minutes before it switches off and won’t start again. It seems like the batteries are suddenly dead. I also never know how to check the charge level on the batter. There are 2 light a green and a red one. The red one is on when it charges, but I never know if the green light is supposed to light up or not ??? anyway, I just thought I’d ask, cause you may have a some insight into the operation of these batteries.
Thanks
Rick

The trick to charging the batteries is that you have to turn the batter switch to the on position when it’s plugged into the wall charger. If you don’t the light will turn on but the battery wont charge.
That should solve your problem Rick.
